Their Halekulani Popover with Poha Berry is a dreamy combination of sweet, tart, and fluffy. Trust me, it’s the perfect way to start a day in paradise.

Calling all thrill seekers and ocean enthusiasts! Oahu’s waters are a playground waiting to be explored. Here are some aquatic adventures that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and stoke your inner water baby.

Surf Lessons: Even if you’ve never set foot on a board, Oahu’s gentle waves and expert instructors will have you riding those turquoise beauties like a pro.

Snorkeling: Grab a mask, fins, and snorkel and discover a world of vibrant coral reefs teeming with colorful fish. Hanauma Bay is a popular spot, but there are plenty of hidden gems to explore too.

Whale and Dolphin Watching Tours: Witness the majesty of these incredible creatures as they frolic in the crystal-clear waters. Bonus points if you spot a breaching humpback whale!

Sailing Cruise: Feel the trade winds fill your sails as you glide along the coastline, sipping on a tropical cocktail and soaking in the panoramic views.

After working up an appetite, satisfy your taste buds at Marugame Udon. This busy spot might have a line, but it moves fast, and the fresh, house-made noodles are worth every second of the wait. Get ’em hot or cold – either way, they’re a total flavor explosion.

Feeling a little peckish after lunch? Take a stroll down Kalakaua Avenue, Waikiki’s main drag, and you’ll find a smorgasbord of delicious treats. From Hawaiian shave ice piled high with tropical flavors to creamy Dole Whip, there’s something for every sweet tooth.

For some afternoon R&R, head to Fort DeRussy Beach Park or Kapiolani Beach Park. Spread out a towel, catch some rays, and maybe even take a little nap under the swaying palm trees.

As day turns to night, it’s time to experience the magic of a traditional Hawaiian luau. Paradise Cove is a popular choice, offering a beachfront setting, a delicious buffet of island delicacies, and an unforgettable show filled with music, hula, and fire dancing.
